He helps £500K+ businesses reclaim 10-15 hours weekly through smart systems, AI automation, and strategic growth planning.

Rich's journey began in hospitality and retail, where he learned the value of hard work, resilience, and delivering real results. He then spent 17 years in the IT sector, becoming known as the go-to person for turning around non-performing teams, driving profit, and scaling revenues. One of his proudest achievements was building a high-performing team of 126 people spread across three main sites and remote locations.

My trademark? No-nonsense, straight-talking, and delivering real results. I've learned the hard way that low-ticket client models (£350-£1,000/month) don't work—thin margins, constant firefighting, and no space to deliver real transformation.
